Quick Number Flow
Admin buys source → enters number → customer receives it automatically → customer requests code → admin enters code → customer receives code → held wallet is captured.
Important
REFUND, REQUEST NEW NUMBER and REQUEST NEW CODE are all part of the same order. They do not create a second charge.
